Understanding our expectations

It's important for you to stay up to date on our provider expectations. Find these expectations in our EAP Provider Guidelines, which includes:

Updating your information

Log into PROVIDERfiles to update the following:

  • Contact information
  • Hours of operation
  • Online profile or website URL
  • Physical and mailing addresses
  • Auxiliary services of interest
  • Clinical specialties
  • Certifications
  • Practice restrictions
  • Accepted insurance plans

Managing your cases & referrals

All EAP providers must use PROVIDERfiles to ensure client confidentiality and receive referral notifications via email. PROVIDERfiles is a secure online case documentation and management system. If you do not have a PROVIDERfiles account, email eap-providers@des.wa.gov.
